What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 1 unit for most generator models. Container-load and mixed-model orders are welcome and enjoy better pricing.
Do you provide a warranty?
Yes. Every generator comes with a 12-month or 1,000-running-hour warranty (whichever comes first), backed by ISO 9001 certified manufacturing.
What trade terms do you accept?
We mainly work on FOB, CIF and EXW terms, with shipments from Shanghai or Qingdao port, China. Other Incoterms can be discussed.
What is the typical lead time?
Standard models: 15–30 days. Customized or large-volume orders are confirmed case by case after technical clarification.
Can you ship to Pakistan, Turkey or Indonesia?
